The 2018 ELEATE Spring League opened Saturday with quality players from around the Inland Empire ready for quality competition. From those players who competed, BRANDON PORTER was one of the standouts due to his dynamic speed on both ends of the court! PORTER had 21 pts, 7 asts & 6 stls in Game 1 for SNELL ELEATE in a big win over PALM SPRINGS followed by a 14 pts, 5 asts & 4 stls performance in a hard fought victory over KIWI ELEATE.

6’4″ F DuWan Franklin. Class of 2019. Martin Luther King HS (Riverside, CA)

KING HS was the only other team to go undefeated on Saturday and DUWAN FRANKLIN is the man that lead them to both victories! In the opening game of the season, FRANKLIN constantly put pressure on the defense on his way 14 pts & 8 rebs in the Overtime victory against INDIAN SPRINGS HS. In their 2nd game, the outside-inside attack of MATT ROWLAND & DUWAN FRANKLIN combined for 40 pts & proved to be too much for ELEATE QUE as KING HS edged out a 5 point victory.
